Some business processes are complex, multifaceted, and involve uncertainty.
This project aimed to improve staff performance within a complex business process that had a history of a lack of visual clarity.
A key requirement was the client wanted to assemble the final resource. We designed a solution that would meet their business needs.
Deep dive
I worked through the process with enough detail to be able to generate rough ideas at the whiteboard. A step-through tour structure emerged as the best solution.
Low fidelity storyboards were quickly produced to test the validity of the solution.
I worked with the graphic designer to produce the final resources.
The client needed to produce the final resource so we handed over over the final assets with the storyboard for them to execute.
